Katie Golobic with the Hasselblad 500CM
I recently got bit by the film photography bug and acquired a Pentax 645n (among some other 35mm film cameras) earlier this year. Given medium format’s stunning picture quality, I was curious to try some different formats and found Film Objektiv’s offering of a Hasselblad 500CM a must-try.
Given its 6x6 ratio, it was fun to practice varying compositions with this classic, even if I didn’t always nail its manual focus. After several days with this beautiful little machine, I find myself lusting to permanently add it to my film photography collection.
